Among the enhancements, CredAgility 7.0 now includes a Recovery Accounting Module as well as further agent interface tools and efficiencies.
Katabat’s CredAgility now processes financial calculations leveraging the recently built Recovery Accounting Module. This module provides functionality to clients who are implementing the solution for both collections and recovery, including those instances where CredAgility is to be the post charge off accounting system of record. Allowing clients to be able to track and update recovery account balances based on interest accrual, payments, and fees being added to or subtracted from the account.

Other key enhancements include added efficiencies and functionality to the agent workstation. The system can now be configured to enable customer payments that are above the current balance. This allows an agent to capture payment from a customer looking to pay off their debt in full. Workflows, for capturing data such as customer service surveys or income and expenditure, can now be accessed directly through an authenticated URL. The URL can be sent to the customer through the desired channel, such as SMS or email. Other general improvements including functionality relating to third party payment controls, interface views, and user defined access buttons.
