London, UK, 29 October 2013 – Katabat announces the results of its third annual European Industry Advisory Group, held recently in London. The meeting included representation of the largest global lenders in the UK and Ireland with attendees from the U.S. as well.
The IAG was attended by an industry leading representative group of credit and collections managers from many of the leading financial and utilities institutions in the UK. The day focused on discussions around industry trends, challenges, and solutions Katabat is providing the industry to address the challenges.
The day included several case studies describing the effectiveness of technology in solving industry challenges as it relates to income and expense capture, strategies from a unified customer view, compliant contact strategies, and evolving trends in the systematic management of third party debt collection agencies. Additionally, Katabat’s partner, Bridgeforce, delivered an enlightening presentation reviewing operating trends and compliance changes in effect this year.
Katabat also provided insight on the release of their new CredAgilityTM platform, which extends Katabat’s ability to automate customer-facing business processes from collections-centric to solutions covering the entire credit life cycle.
